This website facilitates access to federal incorporation services under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA). Legal services are provided by Wires Law, a law firm licensed in the Province of Ontario. Webhaller Inc. operates this website but does not provide legal services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By submitting information through this website, you represent that you have the authority to engage incorporation services.
Fees
Our professional fees are as described on the Pricing page. Government filing fees are separate and paid to the relevant government authority. Fees are payable before filing. All fees are in Canadian dollars.
